Why should I leave my current company?
VALUE: For no other reason, measure your current brokerage's total payout (split, fees, royalties, etc.) versus the sales tools, support and services you are offered. Are you getting more per dollar than you would get with us?
Further, if you are not utilizing the tools being offered, is it because they are not effective? Or are they difficult to use or not appealing for whatever reason?
Why stay with a firm that splits your commissions AND charges high fees when our program exists that is aimed directly at lowering fees, raising payouts and is ready to discuss a better future for you?
Our program is designed specifically for independent salespeople. We seek ethical, self-motivated, self-starters who know how to manage themselves and their business. We provide proven sales tools, and a great deal more, for agents adept at putting them to productive use.
If you are already working part-time from your home office, then this is the next logical and practical step to grow your business. For full-time home office agents, there is NO REASON for you to stay with your current firm.

Why join a national franchise?
Offices such as Coldwell Banker, Prudential, Century 21, among others, charge as much as 7% per transaction. We do not charge any franchise royalty percentage at all. But regardless of fees, the reason why major franchises, such as Realty World, inherently work is that affiliating with a franchise will provide at a minimum the following key things:
- A proven nationally recognizable “Brand Name”
- A business operating system, with proven technology, marketing, advertising and training
- The economies of scale enjoyed only by larger companies, which help to lower the costs of operating your business
More importantly, the time and cost is too high and prohibitive for an independent brokerage to try and reproduce everything on their own.
Independent brokerages simply do not have the buying power and scale of large franchises. You will see this first-hand in our technology, websites, branding, marketing materials and back-office support.

How do you compare to other companies offering 100% commission?
We are the only national, full-service, premier brand with this program. Firms other than us that offer 100% commission are independents offering little or no technology, sales tools or sales support. They have a generic brand name that will affect the relationships you work hard to build with your most important clients and new leads. In addition, some of these brokers are based 500 miles away in Southern California.
The biggest difference is that they will accept ANY LICENSED AGENT into their company, regardless of past complaints, lawsuits, ethics questions, etc. In fact, you are able to sign up with them through their website with no questions asked of you. Ask yourself if you want your good name associated with unscrupulous agents.
For our recruiting, we are not bottom-feeders. We hire agents based on the results of selective interviews(phone and/or in-person)...and we are based locally in Northern California. You do not need to be a top-producer. First and foremost, we seek good people with good work ethics. We feel that with a positive foundation, customers and sales will naturally follow.

How much of my commission will you take?
We provide a 100% commission payout with no commission splits and no breakpoints. We do not charge any desk fees, admin fees or office fees. There is only the transaction fee of as little as $300 to a maximum of $895. Everything else is yours AND you can be paid directly from escrow without delay.

Are there sales quotas?
There are no quotas or minimum sales requirements, though we prefer to hire agents where minimum quotas are not an issue. Nevertheless, you may sell as many or as few homes as you wish. ___________________________________________________
Am I locked into a contract?
The Agreement may be terminated at any time for any reason.

How much will I need to spend to get started?
Our costs are very low: only the $150 per month fee to cover the first month. The largest cost will be joining your local Realtor Board and MLS. These fees are set by the respective Boards and vary in cost, but if you are not already a member, the typical cost is around $800 for both the Realtor membership and the MLS. We recommend budgeting around $1000-$1200 to start.
But if you are already a member of your current Board and MLS, then there is no cost to transfer your membership under our license. As such, the total cost to get started may be as low as your first month's fees of only $150.00.

Must I live and/or work in a specific area?
You may work from anywhere in Northern California and you may sell homes anywhere in the entire state of California. A mobile, virtual or home office...once a novelty. Now a necessity. For decades, the old real estate brokerage model has provided agents with a physical office to do business in exchange for hefty fees and royalties. Today, most agents work outside the confines and structures of the office.
Our unique business model will benefit agents in the new, emerging real estate sales landscape by providing all the tools, education, technology, training, etc. while minimizing fees and costs. As a result, agents move into the next-generation of real estate sales with added confidence without all of the extra fees normally charged by old brokerages. Our agents have the flexibility needed to compete in tomorrow's marketplace.

Do you have local offices?
We are a virtual brokerage, which means we do not have physical offices. Everyone works from their own office (home, mobile). This includes the Broker, Agents, Escrow Coordinators, etc. Remember, the Program is designed for agents to save money. We do not charge extra fees for services that agents do not use, such as desk fees, office fees, admin fees, royalty percentages, E&O, etc. We either pay these fees for you or you do not pay them at all.

Where do I meet clients?
It's best to meet clients either at the client's residence or at the subject property. From the client's perspective, you are "going the extra mile" and providing an added level of commitment and customer service by not insisting that your clients drive to your location. They will appreciate your dedication to customer service which will set you apart from your competitors by offering to meet them at their location.

What if I still want to meet a client in an office?
You have the option of renting your own space at your cost. There are hourly office and conference room rental options as well. However, you will come to realize, as our agents have as well, that you will have little or no need for an office once you understand how this model benefits your business.

Where are you located?
Each of us, including the broker: Michael Young, work from home and mobile offices. This flexibility means you can be based anywhere in the state. Your direct phone number and email address are used on your business cards so all your contacts go directly to you.

How can I contact you for questions and to discuss the program in more detail?
You may either use the Contact Us form or call directly for information at 888-880-7708 extension 4. The calls and the form go directly to the broker, Michael Young, and your call and/or email will be returned as soon as possible. Again, to save money for our agents, we do not have a physical office. Our company address is a mailing address only. Everyone works from their own home and mobile office. We encourage our agents to meet with their clients at the subject property, whether that be a listing opportunity or the property where you plan to make an offer. Clients see this extra effort to meet at their convenience as an added level of customer service on your part. ___________________________________________________
What should I expect when I first join?
You may start selling immediately. To familiarize yourself with the company and determine how you wish to organize your business, you will be scheduled for the New Agent Orientation. At the same time, you will be in direct contact with the broker to discuss and strategize your business plan.

Do you have agent websites?
Yes, we give you a free agent website. There are no hosting or monthly fees. Our corporate office has spent a very large sum of money to design an entire social networking platform built around the agent websites to promote you, the agent, and your listings. Your website is not just a website. It's part of a comprehensive system we've orchestrated that automatically posts your listings to 200 various web and real estate portals. This is an excellent tool to present to your clients to show just one of the advantages of listing with Realty World, particularly if you are competing with other brokerages for the listing.

How do I order business cards and signs?
Cards and signs are branded with the Realty World designs and logos and with your direct contact information. We will provide you with the order forms for both.

I have a team of agents. What options are available for me?
As the lead salesperson for your team of agents, there are definite advantages to joining us. The biggest of which is that we allow you to manage and/or lead your team while we handle the backend administration. We will work together to develop a plan for your individual situation. Lead salespeople will coordinate and strategize with us in bringing over their existing team or hiring a new team. All agents are placed under our license in order to protect the use of our intellectual data, marketing efforts, systems and processes.

I am a broker. May I continue to have agents under my license?
We are not hiring brokers at this time.

How much is the E&O insurance?
We pay for your E&O. We INCLUDE the E&O insurance, worker's comp and risk management fees in the $895 transaction fee. You do not pay any extra fees or premiums. Our coverage is $1,000,000 in liability with a very low $2500 deductible. Compare this to your company's E&O plan.

How soon are the commission checks issued?
You can be paid the same day, often times directly from escrow, as long as the transaction file is complete.

Is support available from the Broker?
Absolutely! Broker support is available by phone or email. You may call or email virtually anytime. Obviously, in working with various areas, some cities and counties will have local contracts, addendums and/or disclosures. Every effort will be made to find the answer and help you win the transaction and the client. We maintain an open forum among our agents to ask questions and for advice among the group.

What if I need additional help?
Realty World has a complete back-office support staff. We also use an award winning extranet to provide our members with Internet-based access to the information they need, whenever they need it. Combined with our experienced corporate support staff, we ensure that our associates have the continued knowledge, training and tools to be effective in their markets. We consistently strive to provide a personalized network of support to all of our salespeople.

Are you a full-service or a discount firm?
We are a full-service real estate company that charges a full, non-discounted commission. Our agents offer the highest level of service and commitment to our clients. We specifically seek agents who understand that it is excellent service, knowledge and professionalism that sells, not discounted commissions.

I've seen mortgage companies offering 100% commission...
Most significantly, we are NOT a mortgage company. Our expertise, focus and specialty is real estate. You will notice that these other companies are primarily mortgage companies who happen to be DRE licensed, so legally they can sell real estate. As a result, they offer the option of real estate sales to their associates. Should you wish to sells loans as your primary focus and sell real estate on the side, we will not hire you. We suggest to join one of the mortgage companies that view real estate as a secondary business. They offer neither the experience nor the support necessary for full-service real estate. This difference should be vitally important to both you and your clients.

Absolutely. Realty World Financial Services (RWFS) is a full-service mortgage broker committed to serving the mortgage needs of Realty World associates and their customers. RWFS offers virtually every mortgage product available in the market place today.
What is quite unique about RWFS’s revenue sharing plan is the utter simplicity of the program.
- You give a very simple “credit card type” application to your client.
- It takes approximately 10 minutes to fill out.
- You fax or email the application to RWFS.
- RWFS does all the work and processing on the application for your borrower, on your behalf, all the way to closing.
- THE BROKERAGE EARNS ½% OF THE LOAN AMOUNT

How does the current state of the market affect whether I should join now?
Because of the current market, now is the time agents need to consider a change in firms. As the market has changed, it has created a unique opportunity for agents to better their skills through additional training, as well as spend that time prospecting, networking and building their client referral base. In a transitioning market, every single sale counts. Maximizing the profits on each sale is one of the keys to success. With our firm, earning 100% on each sale becomes paramount and reducing or eliminating unnecessary fees means more money in your pocket. No. Only Realty World - Blue Property Group has developed this program specifically for our own agents and is the only Realty World office to offer this program. Since every Realty World office is independently owned and operated, other Realty World offices will have different programs and fee schedules in place that are likely traditional in structure. As such, this is not intended to be a solicitation for existing Realty World agents. You must contact Realty World - Blue Property Group for this program.
