We live in a "brand concious society":  Coca-Cola, IBM, American Express.  Having the reputation and backing of a national name brand helps to easily secure business and quickly build the trust and relationships necessary to gain new clients and sell homes.

 

Name brand recognition of a nationally recognized company is always good, but you shouldn’t have to pay an unreasonably high royalty fee for the privilege.  If real estate agents did not find value and profit by joining a franchise, the franchise business would not have lasted for the past 40 years.

 

In addition, franchised real estate offices would not dominate the residential resale market share in the United States, which they do.  Joining a franchise makes sense in the real estate business.  Which one provides the tools and services you need?  Will you as an agent have the actual need to use them?  What are the costs and will you need to pay for them regardless of whether they are used?

 

The reason why franchises inherently work is that affiliating with a franchise will provide at a minimum the following key things:

 

  • A proven nationally recognizable "Brand Name"
  • A business operating system, with proven technology, marketing, advertising and training
  • The ECONOMIES OF SCALE enjoyed only by larger companies, which are necessary to lower operating costs

Unlike old brokerages, we've designed a program that greatly benefits our agents by both partnering with a major brand, lowering our fees and maximizing the amount of money our agents earn on every single transaction.
 

Our Program provides our agents with a 100% commission payout on each and every transaction side, including real estate and loans.  There are no commission splits, no royalty percentages, no marketing fees, no desk fees and no other hidden costs.  The structure highly benefits our agents, who not only receive more money on each transaction as a result of the 100% payout, but also have fewer and less expenses because of how the plan is organized.

Combined with outstanding corporate training, marketing, technology and other services, our program is undoubtedly an industry-best, notably given the current market climate and the way technology has changed the way we do business and sell homes. 

Note that we provide full-service real estate services and charge our clients the full commission.  Our only mandatory fees start at only $300 per transaction side up to a maximum of only $895 and $150 per month.  You must be DRE licensed and a Realtor to be a part of our team.
