We have taken a very progressive stance with technology and our innovations have increased at a faster pace than any other company. That’s why our executive team attends all of the top technology conferences each year… to learn about the new tools and services being offered, so we can continually keep you at the forefront of the industry.

 

Our technology offering is vast and all-inclusive. We have everything you need to be successful online and stay as efficient as possible.  We offer a full online marketing center for agents to design and print brochures, flyers, ecards, virtual tours, web commercials, etc.  In addition, all of our agents are provided with a free agent blog website.  Hosting fees are included and the websites are tied directly to the company marketing and advertising designed to drive leads directly to you.

 

As consumers are quickly moving onto the web for home research, agent research and education, we have one of the most advanced technology platforms in the industry and it is available for all of our agents.   

 

Old-Style Brokerages

 

For decades, the old real estate brokerage model has provided agents with a physical office to do business in exchange for hefty fees and a large commission split. A brick and mortar location was once the norm and nearly all offices now open even today still rely on their space as a way to solicit new business.
 
Agents that rely solely on floor time, open houses and walk-ins for their clients are now finding that their "lead-generation" efforts are no longer working and offices that continue to do business the "old way" are struggling with the exorbitant cost of maintaining a traditional office.

A 2007 survey conducted by NAR named referrals, repeat business, and the internet as the top three generators of leads. The standards of the old model, open houses and floor time, were among the lowest. That being said, looking at both now and the future there is little reason for a broker to maintain a physical office and it becomes even less important for agents. Those who adapt to the new model earlier will find themselves in a better position going forward.
 
The New Business Model
