The payout difference that our agents retain is justification enough to join us.  But combined with the all the backing and benefits of Realty World, there is simply no reason for agents, whether new or experienced, to consider any other company to build their real estate career.  You will not find a brokerage with the strong and necessary combination of cutting-edge sales tools, brand recognition and fee structure as ours.

Our only fees are a transaction fee of as low as $300 to a maximum of $895 per transaction and $150 per month.  There are no other mandatory fees.  With old style brokerages, you are paying fees for services that are often hardly used or not used at all.  With us, you may do as many or as few transactions as you wish...there is no quota.  You can sell homes anywhere in California AND you can be based anywhere in California.
